1. 10/1/2026Pricing

   Service fees are now flat, in dollars

   Small parts	¥5,000	→	$35
   Wheels and standard parts	¥10,000	→	$70
   Large parts by sea	¥20,000	→	$140Seats $100

   Each additional item in the same shipment adds $20 / $35 / $70 (seats $50).

   The same amount every month, whatever the yen does. Outside the US, we convert at this month's rate.

2. 10/1/2026Payment

   Canceling now costs just 5%

   Cancel after inspection and you pay 5% of the winning bid. No more ¥5,000 minimum.

   On a ¥40,000 item, that's ¥2,000 instead of ¥5,000.

   Service fees cut across the board

   Small parts	¥11,250	→	¥5,000
   Wheels and standard parts	¥18,750	→	¥10,000
   Large parts by sea	¥31,250	→	¥20,000Seats ¥15,000

   Each additional item in the same shipment adds ¥2,500 / ¥5,000 / ¥10,000.

   To the USA, that's about $71 off wheels, $51 off small parts and $80 off large parts by sea.

   Instant Quote now covers every part

   Pick from brakes, drivetrain, cooling, lights, interior, exterior and more, and you get the delivered price. We ship the cheapest way, and if another way costs about the same, we show both.

5. 9/20/2026Quote

   Now works with links from 5 sites

   Yahoo Auctions, Mercari, Yahoo Flea Market, Rakuma and Up Garage.

   No link? Just pick the part and enter the price.

6. 9/17/2026Payment

   You can now pay by Wise bank transfer

   Pay from your own bank and the 5% PayPal fee goes away. There's no buyer protection, so it's your call.

   Same inspection, same report, same 5% cancellation.

7. 9/17/2026Shipping

   Sea freight to the USA is open

   Bumpers, hoods, full aero kits, engines, transmissions, seats and full exhausts. 2.5 to 3.5 months from the winning bid, duties included.

   Large parts that cost too much by air can now go to the USA.

8. 9/15/2026Scope

   We now ship parts, not just wheels

   ECUs, gauges, spoilers, fenders, muffler canisters, lights and coilovers. Light items go by Japan Post, which is often cheaper than FedEx.

   Most small parts arrive 1.5 to 2 weeks after we win them.

9. 9/15/2026Payment

   Cancel for a 5% fee after inspection

   You pay in full before we buy. If it isn't what you expected, we refund everything except 5% of the item price.

   Before, the service fee wasn't refunded if you canceled. On a ¥150,000 set, canceling now costs ¥7,500 instead of ¥22,500.

10. 9/15/2026Shipping

    A shipping ceiling on some parts

    For spoilers, fenders and lights, we give two prices, Japan Post and FedEx, and the higher one is the ceiling.

    You never pay more than the quote. If the final shipping cost doesn't work for you, you get a full refund.

    What we inspect, item by item

    We don't do power-on checks or measure wheel runout (wobble).

    Before you pay, you know what our photos and report will cover.
