Return & Refund Policy

1. Pre-Shipment Inspection

All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure they match the listing description.

If an item does not match the listing, we will not ship it.


2. Eligibility & Timeframe

If the item differs from the description, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for refund or compensation.

Requests made after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.


3. Shipping Damage

If the item is damaged during transit, we will offer a partial refund equivalent to the repair cost, capped at 20% of the item price.

To process the claim, we may request:

  • Clear photos of the damaged area

  • A repair estimate from a professional

Claims may be denied if sufficient documentation is not provided.


4. Item Not Matching Photos or Description

(1) Completely Different Item

If the item received is clearly and materially different from the listing photos, we will issue a full refund.

(2) Condition Not as Described

If the item condition differs from the description, we will offer a partial refund equivalent to the repair cost, capped at 20% of the item price.

The final refund amount will be determined based on the actual condition and discussed with the customer.
