Customs duties and import taxes are included in the total purchase price.

Lost or Stolen Items

If a package is lost or stolen during shipping, compensation will be handled in accordance with FedEx’s policies.

Cancellation Policy

If a cancellation request is made after the item has been shipped due to reasons attributable to the customer (and not due to an issue caused by OPUS), round-trip shipping costs and any related fees will apply.

In such cases, the round-trip shipping costs and related fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
