ECUs, meters, spoilers, fenders, muffler canisters, headlights and coilovers. Light items go by Japan Post EMS or ePacket, often cheaper than FedEx.

New flat service fee.

The fee is no longer 15% of the price. It's a set amount by item type: ¥11,250 (about $76) for small parts, ¥18,750 (about $127) for wheels and standard parts.

→You know the fee before you ask. Every wheel set now pays the same or less than before (a ¥150,000 set: ¥22,500 → ¥18,750).

Walk away after inspection for 5%.

You pay in full before we buy. If our inspection shows it isn't what you expected, cancel and we refund everything except 5% of the auction price (minimum ¥5,000).

→Before, the service fee was kept if you cancelled. On a ¥150,000 set, walking away now costs ¥7,500 instead of ¥22,500.

A price ceiling on hard-to-size parts.

For spoilers, fenders and headlights we quote a Japan Post price and a FedEx price, and hold the higher one as a ceiling.

→You never pay more than the quote. If the final shipping doesn't work for you, cancel for a full refund.

Inspection spelled out for each item.

For every item type we list what we check and what we don't. We don't run power-on tests or measure runout.
