The damage appears superficial, estimated at approximately 10-20mm in scattered sections, and would only be visible during close inspection or when tires are removed.

Paint peeling / Corrosion: No significant paint peeling is observed on the spoke faces or center hub areas. The matte gunmetal finish appears largely intact across all four wheels. Minor paint wear is present on the outer lip edges where curb contact has occurred, but no bubbling or large-scale peeling is visible in the provided images.

White rust / Corrosion: Light oxidation and white corrosion deposits are visible along the inner barrel and outer lip edges of multiple wheels, particularly noticeable in images 8 and 9. This appears as a whitish discoloration on the machined or exposed aluminum surfaces near the bead seat area, estimated at approximately 20-50mm in scattered patches. This is typical aging for used aluminum wheels and is only visible up close.

Suspected distortion: No obvious bends, cracks, or deformation are visible in the provided images. All wheels appear to maintain their circular shape and structural integrity. However, verification with specialized balancing and runout measurement equipment is recommended to confirm the absence of any lateral or radial distortion.

Special notes: This is a set of four SSR Type-C wheels in matte gunmetal finish, 4x100 bolt pattern, made in Japan. All four wheels retain their original SSR decals in good condition. Rubber valve stems are present on all wheels and should be inspected for age-related deterioration and replaced during tire mounting as a precaution. The lug holes show normal wear marks from previous use. Overall, this wheel set is in good used condition with only minor cosmetic imperfections, suitable for continued use with proper tire mounting and balancing.
